SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 48 hours with the exception of holiday weekend orders which are processed on the next business day or out of stock items, which are processed when new batches are available.
We offer shipping to all Continental United States, and recipients in Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail or First Class at current rates.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Handmade Disclaimer: The goods you receive from your order might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of being 100% handmade to order.
All our items are handcrafted in small batches or one at a time, making it infrequent to create identical items.

Due to the nature of our products we cannot not accept returned items.
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at holdfastcompany@comcast.net, within 14 days of your received order, at so we can resolve the issue.
